CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE
BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS (BIS)

SKS takes pride in being the member of the panel appointed by the Bureau Of Indian Standards (BIS) to revise the standard for steels used in cold forming applications and to study the applicability of this standard to steel manufacturers in India and abroad.
 
Prominent Indian steel and wire rod manufacturers were invited to be members on the panel. SKS Fasteners Ltd. was one out of the two Fastener companies who were invited to contribute in revising the standard in which SKS’s suggestions were included in the new revised standard.
